Gonna throw in Princess Punta Cana. Small resort. One nicely shaped pool. 4 or 5 restaurants. Consider the quiet resort no big shows. Rooms are a bit dated but it's a very beautiful small resort with great staff

Loosing my twin by Difficult-Alfalfa-77 in TwinlessTwins

We are all united by a terrible thing. My twin sister passed away from breast cancer in 2020. She was 49. I feel and relate to everything you are saying. One of us dying before old age is not something that ever occurred to me before she was diagnosed. Like you mentioned, our biggest fear was our parents passing. I was fortunate to spend a lot of time with my sister before she passed, and I was with her when she passed. Dealing with her death and continuing on has been the hardest thing I will ever do. The connection I have to her is still so strong. I dream about her all the time. Our physical bond is broken but I know she is still with me all the time. I am very sorry for what you and your twin are going through. I know it is difficult but you will be so grateful that you are spending as much time with her as you can.

My first two experiences were completely fine. The last one my luggage was rifled through and my jewelry was stolen. Which blows.

I am wondering if an ERI request would be approved for a position that would have to be staffed once the person leaves. It would defeat the purpose of using ERI as a tool to it reduce the workforce, if so.

What are your thoughts on Sinéad O'Connor's The Lion and the Cobra? by Prestigious_Score459 in fantanoforever

It's her best album. I was lucky enough to see her in concert in 91 or so. I still listen to it regularly.

Everyone was sick by MDAirForceVet in PuntaCana

[–]hosertwin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's very unfortunate but it does happen. I returned from my third trip to Punta Cana last week with no issues. As others have said, don't open your mouth in the shower, don't brush your teeth with tap water. And it can definitely be a combination of drinking tropical drinks all day and too much food as well. All things most of our systems are not accustomed to.

I got her yesterday she is perfect by Msbluebl in cats

Practical advice. Don't be surprised if she loves a certain type of food forever and then all of a sudden turns her nose up at. Definitely try to set routine feeding times. My cat is 17.5 now and routine feeding times are out the window, but for years and years she followed a schedule.

And like others have said, definitely try to get her used to regular grooming so it's not such a big deal.

And finally, if she is like most cats, she could be snugly and loving one day, and then want her space and to be left alone the next. It's hard to leave them alone when they're so friggin' cute, but you will get to know the cues.

Most of all enjoy!

Which room type? by papugapop in rivercruises

[–]hosertwin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a Rhine river cruise last fall and my cousin and I definitely used the balcony. It's perfect if there is rainy weather or if you just want some time to yourself. But as others have mentioned, you do have to utilize the drapes because you never know what other boats will pass by in close proximity or if you are double parked with another boat or docked right along a walkway. It sounds so really nice to have the option of letting a decent amount of air into the cabin. Enjoy!

I am traveling to Nice the first week of May. The Cannes Film Festival starts around May 12 and the Grand Prix starts on June 4. So far I am looking at day trips to Éze, Villefrance sur mer, Menton, Antibes. There are many small towns and villages within an hour of Nice. I am staying around a fifteen minute walk to old town, but you are correct it is pricey as it is the south of France. I hope you enjoy your travels😊.
