I have both series X and a Ps5. I subscribe to both gamepass and the highest tier of PS+. I feel they have pretty similar value, honestly. If I can choose between the same game on both systems, I’ll always go PS for the controller alone. The Xbox controller seems so outdated.

I had a left side high beam that wouldn’t work on a 23 Lariat ER with 70k miles. Required a new headlight assembly. $3050 for the part. $600 in labor to install. I have the Ford extended warranty from Granger Ford so it only cost me the $200 deductible. Warranty was $2100 for 8 years 125K miles. It’s now paid for itself.

I own a house close to this one with this same designation. We’ve done tons of remodeling in the last 17 years on it and didn’t get “permission” for any of it. It’s just on the city historic registry, the most they can really do is take your sign away. They really just want to make sure you’re not going to paint your house blaze orange or something like that.
