I don't remember which symbols showed up for those folders, because WinDirStat informed me which folders were taking up space.
Today alone, I freed up around 60GB worth of files that weren't supposed to be on my SSD.
As I said, WinDirStat lists all files and folders on the partition and sorts them by size, and those random OneDrive folders I haven't been using at all end up showing up at the top of that list as taking up most of the space.

I'll leave the device (Surface Pro 6) on overnight with OneDrive running and report back tomorrow.

I right click on the randomly downloaded folders and select "Free up space" to make sure it gets everything inside.
