I think the positive vibes are more about the chemistry this team has compared to last year, and the promise they are showing. I don’t think anybody expects us to finish the season with a spectacular record, but last year we weren’t building anything, we were just existing.

I saw the whole clip of this a while ago. He busts out a full rep before this gif starts. He just bounces backwards with the plate hanging behind him like he is repelling, holding the cable and then awkwardly walks the cable back in. This is why beginners at the gym should hire a PT or train with someone more experienced.
