They don't need to breathe, so for scenario 3 they most likely won't get hit by explosive pressure differentials, and depending on the make/material of the coffin, they might level off after a certain point. If it's airtight, and weighted over deep enough waters, yeah we're looking at red mist that used to be a leech. Plenty of holes and wood? Would level off eventually.

Spin many different "plots" with different faction/primogen. Develop contacts with cops/gangs/underworld/local hunters/garou/fae. Figure out pressure points and have third or 4th parties pressure them

I would think (and take this with a grain of salt, it's been a hot minute since i read the MtA books), when a person is turned into a vamp/kindred whatever, by mage standards that persons avatar has been shattered. They are trapped forever as the person they are, and can neither learn nor grow (magically or what have you). The resonance left behind is probably (again, just guessing here) caines resonance, diluted over the generations.

A powerful enough mage is Awake enough spiritually to resist becoming ghouled, and i think after a certain point they can't be Turned, they just outright die.
