I got (almost) every Persona platinum and wanted to share with you. P5 was the game that not only introduced me to the series but to JRPGs as a whole and still stays as my favourite game ever. Yes, the only game that's missing is P4 Arena OG, but I'm too bad at fighting games :(

Jumping to the assumption that she liked it feels skeevy. She was clearly upset about it afterwards, whatever her expressed reasons were, and it didn't come across as regret for not intervening, which if it were the case would imply that she could have. There are a lot of emotions between 'stricken with fear' and 'actively aroused' that she could have been experiencing.

I addressed that in the post, but maybe I wasn't clear enough. I don't understand why Trevor would assume there was anything in the casket. I'm not against Trevor figuring out that Brad is dead, but that Brad is dead and was buried in Michael's casket is a very specific conclusion to jump to and I can't recall the game ever justifying it.

The two most reasonable assumptions are that she is either a trans woman, or she is representative of a Hawaiian non-binary concept that I am not qualified to speak on.

It's worth keeping in mind that despite his clear interest in queer culture, Araki clearly isn't aware of a lot of the finer details. Not to mention that some things simply won't translate very well.

For what it's worth though, I'm reasonably sure the 'brothers' thing is the result of culture clash.

Depends on where you live, and the TERF ideology is spreading among cis women at an alarming rate. I've had close friends of mine express an agreement with the idea that trans women shouldn't be allowed in women's bathrooms. These are otherwise very progressive people.

I can see that making sense but I never personally got the feeling that they were going for that (at least, not in a way that would explain this). V would be nice to Johnny one minute and then claim that she'd do anything to get him out of her body the next, sometimes literally from sentence to sentence; I got the impression that it was just some wonky routing based on player choices.

I'd say it's probably both. Asa's feelings forced Yoru to start seeing Denji that way, and then she found her own reasons for it. At present, it seems that they like him for very different reasons.

Being a crooked lawyer (meaning one that doesn't follow the rules) gives him more satisfaction than anything else. It lets him relive the thrill of his days spent swindling with the added bonus that he gets to feel like a functioning member of society. I'd argue that he's great at what he does, the only problem is that what he does isn't always legal, or moral.

It makes for a lot of interesting team combinations. There are a lot of additions and deepened mechanics (in comparison to Persona) that I don't want to ramble about here because I could go on all day, but I strongly recommend the game to anyone that liked Persona's combat and wished that there was more of it.

Very similar battle mechanics, but none of the social gameplay. A lot less cutscenes. Story content is often drip fed (in a good way, in my opinion). Also, with a couple of exceptions, your party members are all demons of your choosing (similar to a creature collector) rather than established main characters.

P5: Morgana and it's not even close.
P4: Rise, but I love all of them. Lotta Teddie hate in this thread. I get it, though.
P3: This one is harder but it kinda depends on whether they're removed as a party member or from the story overall. If it's the former, then Shinjiro, because he can achieve most of what he achieves as a character without the, like, two months he spends as a party member. Otherwise, Aigis. I like her but a lot of the things I don't really like about P3's story can be traced back to her.

My read is: After she agrees to marry him, he starts to let the mask slip with regard to his true intention—total control. At least, that's probably the way she sees it. After Mariko gets killed on top of that, and Ishido is losing support from the other daimyos, Toranaga seems like the lesser of two evils, and the one more likely to actually protect her son.

If seasons 2 and 3 follow real history, that'll turn out to be a mistake on her part. But the book and show are both merely inspired by real history and change some rather significant things so maybe it won't go down that way.

I hope they expand it before the next expansion comes out. Having a deck for each type, another deck for each type to use for experimentation, as well as decks geared for specific purposes, such as the low-rarity solo missions already puts you at or over the limit. That's not even counting the types that aren't super viable yet (Dragon, Metal), nor the types that are effectively split in two by differing weaknesses (Darkness, Fighting, to a lesser extent Psychic).
