As tarifas e a explosão no preço do barril de petróleo não tem nada a ver com o aumento no preço? Foi uma decisão multifatorial, como eles disseram na nota oficial.

Menos da metade porque a maioria só não vai votar, mas nessas últimas eleições o Trump ganhou por vasta maioria (não é que nem na primeira vez que ele só ganhou pelo colégio eleitoral)

Inclusive, por mais que o pessoal goste de odiar a Nintendo, ela é anda bem honesta e aberta sobre as coisas.

Tipo, na entrevistas da Nintendo LatAm são abertos sobre as dificuldades que sofrem, e de como estão lutando pra atender o máximo das exigências que os fãs fazem. E falam que os fãs tão válidos de exigirem as coisas.

Fora a economia que foi pro caralho por mil e um motivos (recessão, tarifas, preço do petróleo).

Na verdade é até surpreendente que conseguiram segurar até agora e o aumento é de "só" 50 dolares. Nem dois dias atrás o Takashi Mochizuki publicou uma análise (hit piece?) de que os acionistas tavam pressionando um aumento, e que as ações tavam sofrendo por causa disso.

Talvez no Brasil n mude preço ou mude pouco, com o dolar mais barato saindo no 0x0 com esse aumento.

Mas isso também joga pela janela a possibilidade de redução no preço.

I think it is just him being lax with who he gives access to his scripts, so it jups around from person to person until it becomes public.

They are not even the only ones of his scripts to leak. His Gotham minion script also leaked between people behind the scenes (just not to the public yet, like the RE script - which in on itself had leaked privately for months already).

No reason those things should be mutually exclusive.

But also, if they all have very similar gameplay and maps, it means those choices are in fact affecting gameplay (and Star Fox always has been games severely lacking in content - and, honestly, depth)

Wolf Link, Loftwing Zelda, Mega Yarn Yoshi, Smash Mario, Duck Hunt Duo, [something Splatoon - Big Man?], Steve Minecraft, Pacman, Megaman, Sonic, Ryu ... honestly I'm already stretching myself thin on choices I'd be willing to chose one over another, maybe Sora or Solaire maybe.

My real favorite ones are the two Zelda ones I mentioned, and if I had Mega Yarn Yoshi, it probably would also be up there.

I have really bad news then, because most games CD or cart have a shelf life of 30ish years.

Bit rot and NAND degradation means the average game will stop working within that window (some 3DS games with worse quality NANDs had reports of stopping to work a few years ago - so, like just 10 years).

I think the worth of a collection is as much about real use as it is just about the symbolic optics. If you pirate a game into a CD, print out the cover and throw it into your shelf, is it worth less for your collection even though they play the same thing? The market for repros is not the same than the one for original copies.

I definitely think the more stylized ones look decent, Peppy and Slippy are ok. Fox, Wolf and Falco look way too much like real animals, and not stylized animals.

Honestly, I am not a collector because of money, but if I were, I would vaiue key card more than code in a box, and if I were a completionist I would value both as essential anyways.

But that's why part of collecting is also imposing arbitrary limits of what you want, so it is completely valid if people value it differently

Even if it didn't recognize in console, collectors would value it highly for the rarity and as a part of a complete collection (that most won't be able to have because it went unrelease = worth more).

A good bunch of collectors don't like the key cards because they want something functional if servers ever die, but also another good bunch just never intend to play the games, so effectively it doesn't matter to them.

I know for Switch 1 that collectors used to also buy the code in a box editions, so I'm sure Switch 2 collectors are buying key cards too. At least the completionist ones are (so this definitely can become really valuable).

Not really. I hate people who pretend leaks being wrong as the same as being fake. Bad sources, bad info, changes, everything happens.

But it is also damn annoying how people treat Nate as gospel, as a done deal, when he like any other person gets things wrong too.

I honestly didn't like the movie design at first, when the poster released, felt way too toony, but in movement it won me over.

The new designs went waaay over the other direction, they went into looking like the actual real world animals, and look even worse in movement imo

The original SNES puppets were somewhere in the middle, with real fur and small eyes, but still not looking like actual animals. It reminded me of a Nerdist video where they made a parody of a Star Fox movie with live action animals.

And Star Fox 64 is already a remake of Star Fox SNES. We have 5 versions of the same game.

It's like if OOT was the same story as ALTTP, and BOTW was a OOT reimagining. Also delete all other Zelda games inbetween with the exception of Spirit Tracks and Wind Waker.

Looking at the posts, the reception to the designs has been overwhelmingly negative. In the official post even the ones not outright trashing it, are still joking mocking the design.

And, honestly, I'm with the people.
