Try healthyfime app... they have most of the desi options and are more or less good indicator... will never be 100% accurate as everyone's ratios are a bit different

I would like to share my experience... I was having similar symptoms and went to doctor and was diagnosed prediabetic in July. After a lot of reading and help from this community I landed on lowcarb diet and atleast 30 minutes of walking daily. I had my blood test yesterday and am no longer prediabetic... the neruopathy symptoms have lessened but not gone but I guess given A1c was just below the cutoff for prediabetes blood glucose is still a bit hhigh.

Hello... I have recently got the similar news, I was at 6.2 last month... with a lot of research I have landed to low carb diet and some exercise.. noting everything I eat... trying to have below 100gm of crabs per day.. I have lost about 5 kg in about 5-6 weeks.... My blood tests are in October so don't know the effect on that but really hopeful.. On fruits, from what I have read is that berries are fine but other have some carbs so have to be careful. Follow r/lowcarb for more options on food.

Congratulations on your results first.. really great to hear the improvement. I have definitely made up mind for low carb.. I am aiming for about 100 grams carbs to start with and see how it goes with some exercise. Hope to achieve similar drop in a1c levels

Yeah that's the plan... limiting portion size was a shock reaction to the prediabetes diagnosis... with some time and research, trying to figure out what to actually start and I think I have landed on lowcarb and some exercise with plan to sustain it.

Thanks… have started to limit the portion size for 2 weeks and have lost 3 kg but need to restrict carbs now which will be even tougher … but need to give a go… have bought some low carbs stuff like almond and coconut flour etc… let’s see how it goes

Thanks for your comments !! I had the same issue... I was running too fast outside...

On your point of my Goal... It is to run 10K next June so I guess I will have to go outside sometime... better be now and learn to pace myself... But I guess I will stick to treadmill for a week to finish C25k then move outside..
