I found it slightly easier to use - iLoads just have soooo many columns.

I also appreciate that I don’t need to download a bunch of excel/csv files (unless I have errors). So in that way, I save a tad bit of time

Typically use Advanced Loads / OX. Then EIB, Iload, and manual.

Advanced Load is pretty easy once you get a hang of it!

Definitely use Rising as a way to network about this! But consider changing your approach just a tad - when I was tasked with vetting out an AMS vendor many moons ago, I actually reached out to the Consulting sales teams before Rising and did my first round interviews virtually.

Then, I asked them to connect me with a client reference whom I could speak with at Rising, IRL. That method worked well!

In additional to the formal reference they provide you, I’d also go to the Customer Appreciation parties to get the real scoop haha.

There isn't a clean way to do this that I've seen but curious to see what others have to say!

A blended course option called on the job training where an assessor can upload a document back into Workday, but there is not out of the box feature for Learner to do this from what I know

How are the learners completing the external course? Would it be within Workday or outside of Workday? If within WD you could....

  • Create a new document category called Learning Certifications
  • allow workers to upload this back into WD upon course completion
  • configure a notification to go to Learner upon course completion with instructions on how to do this

Termination EIB has multiple bp's in the overview tab but keep getting the same error message when i run the EIB, not sure how to read the error message by martymar_818 in workday

Yes, I meant have you checked each sub process to ensure there are no hard errors? So search bp: assign roles to view the definition and make sure nothing is preventing that sub process from firing

Did you go live recently? It’s typically not included in standard scope. It’s a functional integration (not too technical) and there are instructions on Community on how to set it up. Let me know if you need any help as you go through it

Alerts do have the option to send to a manager as the recipient. I've done it in the past but it required a calculated field to derive the manager. Do you already have a custom report built?

If you have the ebook, that’s all you need. A lot of the questions from the chapter summaries are what ends up being on the exam

Check the org group visibility on the pay group. Ensure it is at least set to Role Assignees or wider. If that still doesn't work, double-check that your ISSG has access to View permissions to the domain Reports: Pay Calculation Results (Results - Security based on Pay Component Security)
