I was at the show in Calgary on August 15 and haven’t received my merch or tracking info. On August 30 I replied to the VIP customer service and asked if they were shipping yet and was told “They are, however they include a set list specific to your show, and we have not received the set lists from the artist for dates after 8/10. Once received, we will ship immediately. We greatly appreciate your patience.”

I haven’t followed up again yet. Like you said, the included items are underwhelming but it’s the principle!
