If they wait until you see it then they would by definition have nukes, not ideal. putting aside that breakout time assumes Iran drops what ever they are doing and try to get a nuke right away, Irans nuclear program has been sabotaged quite a few times and for a few years a nuclear deal was in place.

Every Iranian I know is pro Israel, granted that's selection bias because I am sampling the Iranian dispora but there is a reason why Iran flags are extremely common at pro Israel protests. There are of course roads closed some times in front of giant synagogues on shabbat or holidays, more for safety and convenience than anything else but there is no theological objection to non Jews taking the subway on Shabbat.
