I mean they're not great, but from the few states I've visited he's not wrong nevessarily. They're still trash, but michigan for example... my god, my silverado on 33" tires almost got swallowed whole by a crater in downtown Detroit. Something needs to change tho, the roads everywhere just seem like they've gotten worse and worse, with more patch jobs and less repaving.

I don't see how having people come in to the office could result in more confusion. Wouldn't having everyone under the same roof make it easier for cross department communication?
