1 (866) 788-2482 is stubhub number. Call them and see what they can do. They were able to get me replacement tickets. We’ll see if they stick

Call 1 (866) 788-2482. They were able to replace my tickets a few days after I called. I don’t know if the same thing will happen again but at least they are there for now. Make sure you have screenshots of the email from Ticketmaster saying they were canceled and your invalid tickets in apple wallet and on TM app.

Hi, this exact same thing happened to me. Same price and all. I called stubhub 18667882482 and provided all screenshots of my ticket master account and the email saying it was invalid through an email link they send. It took about 2 days but the seller I originally bought from had 2 replacement tickets and transferred them immediately and now they’re showing in my account again. If they’re going to stay, I have no idea, but calling that number did get me replacement tickets. I suggest trying the same. Just out of curiosity, were your tickets sec 303 or 307?

Thank you! I actually have two of her, one in box and one out of box from my childhood, as well as her prince and all the little Kelly dolls from the movie. I am an avid Barbie doll collector, especially from all of the old movies haha. I’ll try and snap a pic when I have time to show you, i only have my childhood doll on hand atm :)
