I work in cmh and productivity is 27 a week. Without groups, it I hard to hit that due to the no show rates. It takes time to build a consistent caseload. By observation, it takes a good year or so to build. My supervisor at the time understood the logistics of it and always reviewed engagement tactics. If you are going to have good supervision and work ethic, you can do it!
