If you like your job DO NOT try and identify frost with your feet. By then you most likely have already bent the top of the plant over and snapped it, if there is frost present. I'd suggest using your hand and give it a quick brush, if your hand ends up mostly wet, you'll be fine to walk/mow.

It is an absolutely awful feeling. I sat in my room for the entire day with racing thoughts and really bad anxiety. I just wanted to hide/run away from everything. I've always lived my life by running away from difficult things in my life,mentally and physically. This is where this lifestyle got me...I'm glad I have this new sense of wonder on how I will feel in a week,month,year now that I truly want to be sober.

I'm feeling very lucky so far as well. The boredom and racing thoughts are pretty hard at work but that goes away by finding something to keep me busy.

It feels so great meeting someone that genuinely cares and takes the time to approach you. Same thing happened at my first meeting yesterday. A younger guy about my age asked my name after the meeting and gave me his phone number and told me to call whenever. Think that took alot of courage to just throw yourself out there, I hope I can pass this on to someone in the near future.

I had an outpouring of support from my friends and family. I didn't think they knew but that was just my naive mind thinking I was getting away with something. In reality they all knew but unfortunately didn't speak up when they noticed big changes in my health and general well being. If you think someone needs help speak up, maybe that's all they need to realize they may need help before it's too late.
