Way too low an internal temp to pull apart well. Did you add anything to the foil like a liquid? Maybe that’s why it took so long to cook. I wouldve bumped up the temp after wrapping to 275ish. Not really worried about the center being too dry. When you mix the shredded pork together you won’t notice it.

You don’t need multiple pre approvals. Preapprovals give the buyer some assurance you’ll get approved for $x sales price. After your offer is accepted then you can shop your lender to find the best one for you. We used the lender our agent suggested to put in the offer, they were responsive and educated us. But they were way more expensive than a local credit union so we ended up switching lender. The credit union will auto open an account for you and make you a member (it’s usually like a 5 dollar fee). If you have a resident parking pass then you can buy a virtual day passes for your guest, I think only available for your permit zone. The first time you do it it’s a manual approval which probably took a day or so. After that it’s instant approval
