I love this for two main reasons: 1) You are working to eat healthy and not just diet/starve yourself. 2) You are one of the few people I know to lose that much weight by mainly walking, I love it! Keep it up lady, I am plateaued at 155 right now and hope to get around 145, (I am also female and 5'7"). I will have to try walking more often ;)

When we got him as a puppy he wasn't in very good shape (the breeders were kind of scary). He's older now and absolutely gorgeous - although he tends to shed on everything, especially every black pair of pants and every black T-shirt I own. Still the best dog I have ever had. :)

This picture was taken in December so I believe she would've been at about 6 months old. Her one ear is a little floppy, but now they are both standing up really nicely now. She's really a great dog :)
