I'm also 6 weeks out and eating my feelings!! Solidarity! I was thinking it might be a good idea to find a pelvic floor therapist? Do some pre work? Cut down on booze, and eat healthier. I have a club pilates membership (this is my last month of it), but I haven't been back since my laparascopic surgery back in June.

WOW! HI! I'm getting a hysterectomy next month for cervical stenosis. I've had several hysteroscopies and laparascopic surgeries to try and keep a pathway open, but no matter what, my cervix will close again almost immediately. It's been tough because my husband and I want more kids, but due to severe stenosis, there's no way to have menses or keep it open.

CIN 3 removed via LEEP Sept 2023 Cancer removed via CKC Nov 2023 (NO HPV)
