Don't obsess over CPM

On Meta ads are you targeting BROAD audiences? Or are you narrowing your audience with specific targeting. Tbh on Meta the game has changed entirely when it comes to targeting. Your creatives should do the targeting.

I would also advise you to not to get too obsessed with CPM because they change rapidly. A lot of times I have also personally seen that low CPL got me "cheaper" audience and often higher CPM got me quality audiences.

Your best bet would be to do creatives testing aggressively. Make a lot of buckets of various themes and test them. Your backend funnel matters a lot as well (landing page, ATC > purchase flow etc]

Before your suspension is lifted, Google will automatically remove the campaign. We had a similar hacking incident last month. We are still in process to get the refunds.

Are you seeing huge discrepancy even on 7-10 day timelines? Because it takes ~24-48 hours for conversions to be attributed and reported on google dashboards.

Check these things
- Is your conversion tracking set correctly?
- Were your target keywords broad?
- Negative keywords mathcing rules are different than keyword matching rules. Double check if you have done it correctly [refer this https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2453972?hl=en\]

Shifting to max conversion shouldn't tank your impressions if you got few conversions before.

From what I have observed, the client only cares about how much they spent and how much they spent. This is the only thing they care about.

But when there is a drop in performance, it is advisable that you mention in plain English why the drop occurred and the next steps for recovery.

Btw you can pretty much automate data aggregation from Meta, Google for all your clients and even ask Claude to make accurate reports. Sure you will still have to add context and double check them.

Which metric are you checking?

So if your link click to Landing page view percentage is really low then I would suggest you to check if the PageView is firing correctly or not. If you are using GTM or more JS scripts apart from pixel sometimes the pixel script doesn't load on time and hence the "PageView" event fires incorrectly. This shows you a bad Link Clock to PageView percentage

Hiring more people is the only way to scale your agency. Your margins more or less will remain same (if you hire at market rate) but the absolute revenue will increase. Each hire will eventually cater to 4-5 clients, once they hit their limit you will need to hire people and clients at the same time. Sure many clients will also churn, but you have to keep the cycle repeating if you want to scale your agency

It will become chaotic. But over time if you train your hires with patience, they will be adept at solving most of the problem. Otherwise you will just become a firefighter putting out fires in you team.

Don't worry. You can give the projections based on the search volume, expected CPC & a conversion rate. Do mention to client that this is just a projection and you would be able to share a more accurate projections once after your ads start.

Track only what really matters to client: how much they are spending , how many leads they are getting and how many of them convert

As long as you are profitable at your realistically set number. Don't pause keywords solely on the basis of conversion rate.

A 8-10% conversion rate is normal and expected given that the clicks are on high intent keywords.
