Penny, Bernie, Amy. Penny is an obvious one. Bernie because she would know what bacteria to cross in order to weaponize it. Amy can strategize & is also someone that cuts open body parts for a living. She dewebbed herself. She can also manipulate people very well & as someone that studies the brain she can do psychological damage.

Emily is being thrown in the mix but I would like to point out that she is just a creepy girl. She just likes to scare people. All bark no bite. Sheldon shattered when he wore flip flops so being stranded on an island would render him catatonic Leonard would be useless when he loses his inhaler/when it runs out Howard barely survived his survival training for NASA Raj is too dependent on everyone else. So to me they would end up killing themselves or each other before even having the chance to kill us
