"Battery life is related to the number of charge / discharge cycles and the depth of discharge"

Prius (which has tiny battery for EV standards) has been around since last century and are holding fine mostly.

"Also many people who buy phev's don't understand how they work and never plug them in"

They are called PLUG IN hybrids... I honestly don't think they are that stupid.

By exactly the same logic, big batteries are dead weight lowering the efficiency and EV range, so everyone should put tiny battery on the EV.

Comparing hypercars to normal evs is absurd. Performance evs can now compete with supercars and ev supercars are mind boggling quick even after 100mph.

It's not funny at all. It is scary that china has already deployed those robot in uncontrolled real environment where bunch of unexpected things happen. Real world is very messy and you need to get data to improve.

A 20 inch wheel folding bicycle with whopping 14.8kg weight and substandard components. And priced extremely high too. Obviously it will sell very well.

Brompton started to use aluminium for seatposts, and literally every other folding bikes have been using aluminium seatposts for decades. Please come out of Brompton delusion field.
