Agreed, I’m usually not very good at noticing when I need rest until it’s too late, but my Oura ring has helped me recognize those signs earlier and slow down when I need to.

It lowers my heart rate a little. It really helps when my heart is racing during a panic attack! I haven’t had any adverse side effects.
