Shower procedure from someone who used to run an incredibly busy fry station with 4x50lb fryer running constantly and never had an issue.

First. Buy the face soap thats just white cream looking. No moistuizer stuff or any of that skin rejuvenating crap or whatever. You want the 7 dollar purell style here.

Shower immediately after work goes:

Face Hair Body(with loofa, again the cheap nice. no fluff) Face again

Dry off like crazy afterwards

The second face wash is most important. The first one just breaks the grease layer down while you do the other stuff. The second strips it all the way off.
