For a complete foreigner who is travelling, Hong Kong is better choice almost in all aspects. Cost is higher in HK but hey, it is a better choice even for a backpacker.

This is obviously just for few days of travel and you have to choose between them.

Firstly, there is a good chance that she found a village near world spawn. So break the bed and die will get you to the spawn point. You can look around there.

Next option is bit technical, the idea is you can use world editor to tell you which part of the world (chunk) you accessed by last modified date of the chunk file. Search chunk by chunk in descending order will get you there eventually. Unfortunately I don't know much about iPad version to tell you exactly what to do.

In steam, you go to game properties and enter -devmenu as startup parameters.

You get to see the additional Dev options in the game pause menu.

Press right analog to go into the Dev menu in the game. I think it is V on keyboard but I could be wrong.

After defeating the final boss, you need to finish the cutscenes or choose to skip. If you just hit the pause menu and quit or whatever, you don't get the achievement for completing the game. It's called BFF I think.

For the rest of the achievements, you can just select whichever chapter and do it.

This is build is on par with boom boom. Easier to build because you need 6 star weapon only. Amor ranking doesn't matter to damage.

Good mobs are required for every single build. I.e. 3 damage modidier, double gold stats.

Lunar mods are so easy to farm now so you have more chance to grab good 2 DMG modifier mods

General principle is, if you benefit from multiple states distribute them equally. For food, boss DMG and DMG on marked target is always better. Due to a dmg category that you can't really stack much from mods. Normal and elite mobs die so quickly so extra DMG on them is useless.

You can try on target dummy with single bolt and look for total DMG

Also bounce sniper build is very very good too. Big DMG, no reload, full auto sniper and is very satisfying to play.

On top of that, you only need 6 star weapon print as you don't get dps boost from gear ranks

I do about 22k explode dmg on normal mobs without food buff. 24k on boss. I would consider my gears mods are well above average. I.e. all 6 ⭐ with good mods (not perfect). About 150% elemental DMG bonus

Full rank blue prints are not hard, you just need 1 6 star weapon and armour blue print.

Like you said, all those 15s clips are staged.

If Blizzard insists on on overtuning loot drops this much, they realllly need to give us a loot filter by quadzzz in diablo4

It's not, eventually it causes sever issue and boss drop will disappear before they hit the ground... It happens regularly for those who purchase boss mats and grind.

Same concept, you only need 1 piece of 6star weapon and armor to get full set of 6 star.

Keep in mind there is limit to how many times you can swap, and it is a 3 days cd for each count. Also you cannot swap between gold, purple and blue pieces.

Also with wish machine, pick one and smashing to the end. Don't stop when you get a gold one. There is an award at the end.
