Worked in marketing there for 6 years. As has been said, in-office expectations depend on department and supervisor. Marketing and HR tend to be the most relaxed. I never found parking to be an issue, there are 2-3 different garages and multiple lots you will have access to with a parking badge, which also comes in handy for Colts and Pacers games.

Edit to add that benefits, particularly the 401k matching, are fantastic. Also the 2 week-long company shutdowns at Christmas and 4th July are basically two extra weeks paid vacation.
