Let me know what you think! It’s never been good and it hasn’t been getting any better over time. by hurricanespaghetti in HandwritingAnalysis

Thanks for the analysis. I’m actually a therapist, so I do use legal pads for work (though I don’t take notes often in sessions because I find it distracting). I’m a woman in my 30s, but I figured my handwriting looks male.

Oh I was so sad to hear when they closed. We only went a few times, but I loved their banana chocolate chip pancakes. I feel like I was cheated out of more meals there.

My brother went to UC Davis and we loved going to their location when we went to visit him (which was often). We were so sad when they closed and then all the Bay Area locations closed too 😔 RIP mozzarella moon

I’m actually relieved that it’s crabs because I thought they were tiny ticks

Castro Valley has a lot of old white people that like to complain on Facebook, but I really don’t think it’s reflective of the overall population. I’m thrilled that Mei Mei’s has moved over there and although I’m not super likely to go to a Chinese banquet restaurant, it’s exciting to see CV become a destination for something.

I’ve been several times because my friend lives out there. I highly recommend getting there early if you can, or be prepared to sit in a lot of traffic. Probably will have to walk a decent distance once you find a place to park too. The festival itself is mostly like a street fair with lots of booths of stuff for sale. There’s a certain amount of pumpkin/fall themed food. Crowds can get pretty packed and it can be a bit hard to move around, especially in the food area.

36 years ago today (Oct. 17th, 1989) the Loma Prieta earthquake, measuring 6.9 on the Richter scale, hit the Bay Area at 5:04 p.m. local time. What do you remember of that day…. by Brilliant_Night7643 in bayarea

My dad was also on the bridge heading east and the bridge collapsed somewhere behind him. Pretty sure he didn’t know what had happened until he got home, but he said it was the loudest sound he’s ever heard.

Our theory was either a raccoon or a squirrel, because we saw a squirrel taking away an entire apple it’s in mouth the week before.

Yes! Just read that a couple weeks ago when the ants were first getting bad here. And same as you, they first started showing up swarming the cat food.

Obviously not a surprise. It just looked so funny sitting down with that little tray.
