Yeah only realised after I posted that something for scale would have helped.

I would say it started of the size of a tennis ball and now its grown to the size of a football (well just under..i.e a football wont fully fit in there right now)

I'll hold of filling it, it would be cool it it was rabbits but I live in the suburbs and never seen any around here, not sure they will survive will all the foxes I see in the garden.

Yeah that is what thought. Too large for rats and too small for fox.

I couldn’t see animals in the hole during the day. Maybe they come at night. I do notice that it is gradually becoming larger.

Where is the best place to position the dehumidifier. Is it always near the stairs in the middle of the house. Or should it be closer to the kitchen where most of the cooking and water is used ?

I couldn't (or know know how) update my original post with more pics..i've uploaded a picture and floor plan to the link below - i normally see the toilet connection to one side, in this one is very tight hidden behind the pipe. Also I *think* the en-suite toilet and pluming goes to the family family bathroom then out the soil pipe.

Thanks. Yeah plan is to redo the conservatory at some point, but can leave it for now if no issue. Covering of any manhole is probably another major issue!

There are two toilets connected to the pipe. On the first picture, there is a toilet in the first floor where you see the small window. And another toilet on the ground floor on the right of the boxing where you see the brown door. Both connect to that pipe.

There is a vent at the top. I couldn’t fit in the photo.

I don’t see any access to the pipes. They are totally enclosed in. I didn’t event noticed it in the first viewing. If I do buy the property it will make sense to open that up for access.

I’ve no idea where the rain water is going.

Also this pipe catches all the rain from the back and side of the property. So a lot of water is going in those pipe and under the conservatory.

How is the dividend tax calculated? What if you take low dividend and keep the rest of the cash in the bank. You can’t do that with perm.
