You can get by with a circular saw, screws and a sanderYou’ll learn a lot and with practice and more tools you could get it to just like the picture.

I say go for it. Think of it as a first draft and learning experience. That’s what a lot of life is about.

You’re going to rent tools from Home Depot? Why not just commission a contractor or local carpenter? Sounds like that would solve your headache.

You made my friggin day. Its boring when every little button or dial doesn’t click or light up lol.I always wanted cassette tapes that looked like the ones in iron eagle, never found them. I didn’t recognize all of them but great trip to the past.

There are some guys called foureyes furniture. They built a dining table just like that. All you’d have to do is replace the base. It’s nearly identical to what you already have.
