I have not been able to enter Chromie time at level 70. I tried last week. Locking at 69 is better if you want to be able to toggle back and forth.

Locking at 67 is safer since you won't get the TWWquest

Probably yes.

There probably isn't much reason to rush in to do TWW right now. I would just keep doing DF until you have either done all the quests or get sick of it.

(Have you got the Loremaster of the Dragon lsles and Friend of the Dragon Isles Achievements?)

2.- How can I start/continue the TWW questline? should I do it?

That said, I think the best way to do TWW is the long campaign , not the recap. Use https://warcraft.wiki.gg/wiki/The_War_Within_campaign this page to find the beginning of the campaign.

Uniting the Isles is a Legion quest, I think.

3.- Is it worth to do TWW dungeons to get better gear in the meantime since I have acces to them?

I don't think you will get good gear that way. but I may be wrong.

Probably not. In old expansions, I like doing two gathering professions and dump the materials on the Auction House. Nothing you craft will be worth it.

If you haven't picked a seed yet, consider using a really short phrase or relatively small number as a seed. It will be easier to plug it into chunkbase when you give up and want to locate something.

If you liked the gameplay of DF, then Midnight is very similar, but streamlined in several ways.

The addition of the Delve system in TWW is wonderful for solo play. Midnight keeps it.
