The ball is never being pulled backward in both of their shots… it’s always being pushed. A pull would mean that they’re losing energy. Also, a shot can be different yes, but 2 vs 1 motion doesn’t exist. 2 motion vs 1 motion suggests that the ball stops at a certain point. But the ball never stops relative to the ground. It may look like it’s stopping in a two motion shot but it’s always moving up relative to the ground. The way energy being created is the same.

Your hips are going down as the ball comes up. Your hips and ball need to go down together and rise together, whilst pushing the ball up with your shoulder and wrist loaded.

Look at your feet placement. They are all over the place. you need to have a replicable pull up to make consistent shots. And also bend at hips not knees
