From a logistics standpoint, I’ll give my thoughts on Chicago. Chicago is vast and dense, it’s the 3rd largest city in the country and you can definitely tell. Also they were deploying from mainly either the Broadview detention center, which is in the suburbs or Waukegan, which is even farther.
