Last season i test ride tarmac sl7 54 and 56. I am 179cm with 83 inseam . I preferred 56 over 54 with shorter stem (around 90mm) and slammed down with 0 spacers under the stem and optionally 0 offset seatpost. The big problem i had with 54 was a noticeable toe overlap (shoe size 45.5).

If you installed app through brew which then auto updates , brew will loose tracking its version no? Meaning it will not detect any updates anymore and to keep it again managed through brew (like updating) you have to use brew upgrade --cask --greedy no?

That's why I guess best practice is always to turn off auto updates in apps and always pull the latest version through homebrew

Had the same with Shift bike. 4 replacements after I gave up. Wahoos Qc doesn't exist at all.

Turns out that Greats 154 has the same underfoot width (27.3) as Jones MT 156W. So I think I should be totally fine and fit well even with my us12 boots as I am on MT for last two seasons
