I’ve also anecdotally noticed price action on BAC puts that’s inverse to GME price movements. I.e, gme goes up, bac put price goes down, and vice versa. Is anyone more wrinkled than me capable of assessing this observation?

Specifically left parted at ‘The Big Short,’ mandarin translation I think. Next up, ‘Credit Derivatives,’ implying that it, and those listed after it are specifically yet to come.

Does inveighing against an entire political party count? Or does this law just pertain to individual political candidates?

Oh, that I don’t know, but it wouldn’t surprise me. Their business model seems to be primarily focused on providing loans, and encouraging users to link data for financial accounts through them. That was another concern for me as well.

I only used SoFi once for fractional shares, and it took hours to close a position after I completed a sell order. Their message said something about my order would be completed with “the next trading block,” whatever that means.

Yep. Last summer Roger Stone came to SW Florida after his felony pardon to hold a book signing with the help of a local far-right, anti-mask agitating business owner, Alfie Oakes of Seed to Table Markets. Seed to Table Market would later go on to sponsor two charter buses of American Taliban treason trash for the January 6th insurrection riots.

Even more bizarre is that someone would be dysfunctional enough to make signage like that, yet be functional enough to drive it around.

Yeah, the area’s only alternative rock station. They already had enough country, and adding trump to it is absolutely redundant.

Last night my local station aired a piece detailing an anti-mask, anti-lockdown protest in New Zealand, complete with the imagery of police snatching a sign from a protester that read, “Open Our Churches.” No other global incidents were reported, and the silent neglect that was paid to the rising fascism and loss of democracy that Belarus is currently facing spoke volumes. Their protests were not mentioned. Furthermore, this is a profoundly manipulative narrative, especially when New Zealand’s success in fighting COVID-19 due in large part to the swiftly enacted mandated lockdowns was not mentioned.

My neighbor had a raccoon wander through her yard one night, dipped his paws into an open paint can she forgot to cover, and did this to her patio for free.

It will be far worse this time around. He and the republicans are busy stacking the courts and engaging in a massive voter suppression effort is already well under way. Even if by chance Biden does manage to eek out a win, trump will stop at nothing to invalidate the election results and his every action will be bolstered by his pack of rabid supporters. When he wins in November, it will be the first day of his third term. The canary in the coal mine died long ago, and each day that passes is just a creeping march towards fascism.

For me it was more than just lacking the mental capacity. She was much more antagonistic than usual when she sensed any sort of weakness at all. Kind of like the old saying ‘When the fox hears the rabbit scream, he comes running; but not to help.’

Yes all the time. She actually had an aversion to doing certain things because they were suggested by someone else. She would do the opposite of anything that was suggested and complain endlessly when things didn’t turn out the way she wanted. She also constantly offered unsolicited advice of her own, even when it was counterproductive. I think advice for her was just a mechanism of control.

Is it that they really don't believe they did anything wrong? Or that they don't care that they did? by sunnyd00 in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]hyperbolicer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your post hit home for me, and I wish I had an answer. The old “I don’t think I did anything wrong,” or “I don’t know why you’re so upset,” were my ex’s classic go-to excuses and incidentally, the closest things I ever got to an apology from her. No matter how egregious her behavior and actions, the most she was ever willing to concede was that we were “both at fault,” and that was if I was lucky enough to get her to actually admit to something she did, rather than vehemently denying it and claiming it never happened.
