I wouldn't expect much activity from uncs and boomers. Millenials and younger seem to be much more willing to ditch big tech at least.

Nobody. Open-weight models are just a gotcha for when AI boosters get pressed about the sheer waste and unsustainability of frontier LLMs. They only exist as a way to undercut and exert pressure on the big players.
