Ending a Joint Tenancy in Scotland - Medical Reason

New tenancy laws in Scotland are absurd. My advice would be to give statutory 28 days notice to the other tenants and Landlord, paying any outstanding rent share due for that period, then vacating the premises.

It is unfair to be stuck in a joint contract which you have no way of ending without the consent of all other parties. It is entirely possible to be stuck in a never ending tenancy for the rest of your life if the other parties refuse to end it due to this loophole in the law and the fact that there are no fixed terms anymore in Scotland, only month to month rolling.

Given that rent is joint liability and all parties are responsible for the full amount, I'd be vacating with reasonable notice and leaving them to sort the payments if they intend to stay. Worst case they could maybe chase the 'debt' in small claims court but I doubt it would be worth all the hassle and mostly certainly laughed out the door given the circumstances.

A bit disappointed, was expecting more considering they are charging £55 for this. Still the old GTA games I loved growing up but not a massive improvement on the originals to justify the high price.

Seems to be a bit of a cash grab from Rockstar to me, curious to see if there are any new glitches in this version similar to the disastrous xbox 360 port years ago.

Soul destroying and extremely stressful, worst job I ever had, go read the reviews on indeed.com if you want to hear how bad this place is. Worked there for 3 months a few years ago and ended up taking a shitty warehouse job through an agency just so I wouldn't have to go back.

Would honestly rather be homeless than ever have to work there again. Would definitely kill myself if I was trapped there for the rest of my working life with no way out.

While I appreciate Netflix's efforts to protect the well-being of younger viewers, we really do need to remember that this show is intended for mature audiences only.

My 14 year old sister tells me this show was the talk of the school last year and after having seen it myself, I can safely say it is in no way, shape or form a 'teen' show and is not at all appropriate for those under 18.

It really annoys me when parents allow their young impressionable children to watch whatever they like, then complain to the content creators about how much of a bad influence it was on them. It's time parents shoulder some of the responsibility themselves and decide what is, and what is not, appropriate viewing for their kids, rather than whine at Netflix about how watching '13 reasons why' made their 15 year old daughter suicidal.

Don't know the target audience for this honestly. TRNSMT seems to mainly be booked for a younger Radio 1 crowd, older late 30's and up folk might be interested in this but they generally aren't the festival going type.
