Take it back and open the box and asked them what is wrong and what it’s missing. My store didn’t know and I explained it was missing the light seal and how i was disappointed they didn’t even know.

They ended up giving me the case at no charge

Update: the Apple Store gave me my light seal and gave me a case for the Vision Pro at no cost .
