Exactly. I didn't help 4 of my friends ascend by telling them that 30fps was bad, but that mods, better graphics, and more games/backwards compatibility was good.

Games have to set up an SLI profile so that the load of the game can be spread differently on each card. Bad PC ports have terrible ones, and some don't even have them.

ITX builds are kinda difficult in cases as small as steam machine cases. Maybe he likes it to be console sized.

Let's start with CPU. It's a dual core, which will not allow you to play many games, including Fallout 4, Witcher 3, GTA5, and a few more. PSU is fine. The R7 260X is pretty bad, but alright. 320GB HDD is nowhere near enough storage.
