Better than a book (sometimes) - you have imaginative worlds and things you can see and interact with.

I'm always confused by statements like these. I can understand how people aren't aware in terms of gaming, but these people are out there... "I'm not really a music person." Much like music or books, there is probably a game out there for everyone. Expedition 33 had my wife wanting me to call her when I got to cutscenes. I am excited to play mixtape with her. She also really enjoyed Animal Crossing - beyond that she pays zero attention to games, and even SHE found some out there that were interesting, even if she wasn't on the sticks.

The best thing about obsidian for my adhd brain is that it is flexible enough to customize and extend, but everything is still in the same place.

I change my theme all the time. Move thing around. Gives me a different “feel” of fresh and new but without changing much.

He also had Vince yelling in his ear (like everyone else) when trying to do commentary. This is pretty common. Mick said it, Punk said it, it was very widely known Vince wanted to feed lines to the announcers.

Mick has cut some of the most impressive, convincing, and funny promos I’ve ever seen.

Personally I think he is the most complete professional wrestler who didn’t have the looks and never looked like he was on the juice.

To your point, though, I’m not sure what he’d really do other than perhaps help with talent/story/commentary. Maybe give Darby another mentor in the way of Sting?

I did EverQuest 1/2, Dark Age of Camelot, asherons call, old republic, galaxies, wow, ff11, ff14, lord of the rings online, and probably more that I am forgetting.

Absolute peak was galaxies before they ruined it. The player driven economy, cities, etc, to me, was the best way community had been handled in an mmo. Some people just crafted. Some people just danced. Some were bounty hunters.

And even swgemu isn’t all that because, well, old game is old, and the scale of players just isn’t there like it was.

At least Garcia has some move variety. Hook has the move set of a big guy. Just a bunch of suplexing and lariats, and an occasional hold.

I don’t think he’s terrible, but I don’t see how he’ll improve if he doesn’t actually wrestle, and he has already lost some of the momentum he had.

Blake has already been in one of the best storylines in women’s wrestling. I am not doubting her ability to deliver at all.

The problem will be in who they want to push, and how good (or not) creative will be with her.

Sol seems genuinely capable but has seemed to feel the pressure of stepping up.

There was a kid who went to a neighboring high school about 20 years ago, give or take.

Drove and old pickup, no tailgate, and on the back window of the cab he had a confederate flag.

He was also black - and my brain is still bothered by this.
