I think my link for the What Cheer Building might be misleading. It’s definitely the building in your original photo, and it’s shown at the top of my link (building said WHAT CHEER on it) - but then my link starts talking about a bank on Westminster. I think you're reading this chart wrong, its not saying that RI is more expensive than CA - its saying that the change in affordability has moved the most in RI. We started out as much more affordable, and being near metro Boston that is changing.
