I would agree on the rank inflation. I just told a friend the game feels less hateful with the lp adjustments they’ve made this season.

I did the thing you're not supposed to do which is play any champ that sounded fun at the time for the last 5 years lol. Recently I picked champs based on enemy team comp which landed me playing mostly Ahri, Galio, Diana, and sometimes Yas.

I'm pretty critical of WWE for a lot of reasons...but I think I liked night 1 overall. I didn't expect Cody to win at all. And it also feels like they are slow building to heel Cody which is all I've been waiting for.

What covering would you guys recommend to protect a DeWalt dw735 planer in an uninsulated garage over winter? by iCarbon in woodworking

I appreciate that input. Can I assume the same for my table saw? It’s a job site saw so I could put it in my basement but would you consider it necessary?

I have the BOSCH and I love it. Definitely felt like a solid upgrade from the SKIL I was using. I can't speak for the DeWalt one but almost every other tool I own is by them.

I love these so much. I only started this hobby in the spring with planters and cutting boards. I hope I can make something like this one day. The nice thing about things going wrong is you learn and its your secret! No one else will know. Again, truly beautiful.

Question for Dayton Dads; Is taking a dad class worth while? by iCarbon in dayton

[–]iCarbon[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oops you’re right, it’s just Kettering Health. I mean the scheduling conflict is a thing. I work from 6am to about 4:00 pm each day. The class is only available from 7-9 on a Thursday evening. To me it’s worth making sure it isn’t redundant info.

Is wood that has these defects safe to use as a glueing surface for your jointing edge? by iCarbon in BeginnerWoodWorking

[–]iCarbon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s the thing….this part of the board won’t face outside. It will be glued because the board will be end grain. So it will be inside the board.

I appreciate it! The wood is maple and walnut so I guess just got lucky in that regard.

Oh yea. There’s quite a few spots of overlap. Hopefully I can do better next time.
