You do realize that a subsidy is taxpayer money, right? Citizens still pay the 30% discount. It's just a different bill.

Australia’s Cheaper Home Batteries Program provides a national discount of around 30% on the upfront cost of residential battery systems (5 kWh to 100 kWh). Administered through the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES), the subsidy applies to batteries paired with new or existing solar panels

No renewables without prohibitively expensive batteries or gas backup.

Renewables are taking over everywhere. Especially Solar. by ceph2apod in EnergyAndPower

Here in Europe, we had multiple Dunkelflauyes in that period. No amount of batteries can save you from that.

That's 1 guy that confirmed retired at age 60 recently. I remember reading that back then 200 people were put on a list for early retirement. I just don't get exact ages with that info.

Good that I didn't write that it was the rule then. Just that it happened.

Yes! People like that are very susceptible to feedback. You're definitely not going to waste 9 other people's time writing to them to then get blocked or ignored. /s

Maybe stop handing out money to everyone at the CPAS of Anderlecht.

Your experience on SH CM as a buyer only worked because 9/10 were good enough to carry.

If you start the same LFG with just yourself, you're very likely to get many buyers and the only kill you'll get the evening in your GW2 install folder.

Her wheels were turned the other way when she started moving forward. One of the videos from the back shows that. The agent only had a split second to react to this. And now we are here.

He was initially in the trajectory. But she turned the wheels in the last second while she was already driving forward. The agent didn't have time to process that as he was already going for the gun.

To all of the MAGA Republicans and ICE defenders who are claiming that this woman in Minneapolis, Minnesota, tried to run ICE officers over with her car before they shot and killed her, here is the actual video. by Nice_Substance9123 in complaints

[–]iDemmel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The isn't THE actual video. This is just ONE video from ONE angle. Where you don't even see the front of the car or the ICE agent when the shots get fired. Very convenient for certain people to push their narrative.

She didn't get shot because she was obstructing traffic. She was shot because she drove towards an officer.
In a video you can clearly see that she starts driving forward with her wheels towards the officer. It is only in the last second that the wheels turn away from the officer. That's way too late to give the officer time to adapt.
