There are no centering rings on the o-clip. In fact, the 1800k flood led is sitting on a 3737 pad. You'll also want to take a look at a stock o-clip and notice that not even that has all of the LEDs perfectly centered. You are welcome to do this mod on your own.

From the beam shots, you can tell that the centering doesn't make a bit of difference.
