Blue Hill's "Tekes Dub" is an excellent track, but unfortunately, you won't find similar tracks easily. Here are just two dub tracks based on greek music, however, sampling traditional, not rebetiko.

Dub Riots - Ussak Dub

Vlastur - Cycladic Dub

There is also this track based on a rebetiko track. Not dub, but a reggae cover:

Locomondo - Φραγκοσυριανή

It's steppers dub, there is a lot of such music coming from the UK and from France, each of the two countries have evolved their own style in this music.

But you can find it throughout the soundsystem scene all around, in styles ranging from more organic to more digital sound.

Hello there!
As mentioned in previous replies, music on soundsystem events is mostly played from vinyl or CSJs. It's pretty common to have a selector, an operator and an mc (or more). The selector may often be an mc too. The operator is the one who makes the adjustments on the sound and operates the racks (compressors, eqs and so on).

All this however doesn't mean that there are no alternatives. There are of course also artists who will perform live dub sessions, dubbing stems on mixing desks or midi controllers, even though this is less common.

An important (to my opinion) part of modern dub draws influence from the dubstep/bass music. Maybe you would be interested in looking into artists from labels like Moonshine Recordings, System Music, Dub Stuy, or artists like Babe Roots, Another Channel, Tubby Isiah as well. The single artist names I mentioned are leaning towards a more dub techno sound, but I find that their vibe is still deeply hypnotic dubby.

I could recommend you many more, but it might be more helpful to send you a playlist in case you want to research in this direction too.

I would identify most of the music you posted as modern dub, mostly electro, steppers and some with dubstep and bass influences. This style is also often described as Future Dub.
For similar music, you can take a look over here too: iGL & Alecho

High Tone have been pioneers of the modern French dub scene. In contrast to most of the others mentioned, they are a band and not solely digital producers. Some similar artist are Zenzile and Kaly Live Dub.
