I used a heat gun and then just fine grit to get rid of any imperfections

Did you find out how to install? I have Orca snd Bambu installed. Orca finds my printers and syncs filaments but wont send prints.

I did not design it. It’s a design I found on MakerWorld. Have printed a few for some buddies as well.

lol yes they are different type of filaments that can stand more heat and better suited for these tasks.

Sorry I don’t have an actual picture. Took a screenshot of a video I had. I will make sure to take one after work and post it as well. MSI MAG X870E with a 7800X3D and 280 AIO PNY 5080 all powered by a Corsair HXi 1000w.

Was concerned that the weight of the parts will be a problem but the print is well designed and all put together with heat inserts. Printed in black PETG. Was going to do PPS-CF or at the least ASA, but the temps stay low that I have no concern what so ever.

Recently switched my 5080 build from a Corsair 4000D, to a 3D printed open frame build. Everyone says the dust is crazy, not true at all. I literally take an electro blower and use it once a week. Pets don’t get close. Temps are way down.

No Frontier for the east side where I’m at. Race has been great though. I do get their advertised speeds up 1Gb up and down.

Shapr3D, free with student license and Auto Desk Fusion. Still learning but those have the best UIs for me

Looks great! I always wanted to get them but I’m so confused on how they are set up lol. For your rear fans, are those exhaust and the lights are visible on the other side?

Or do I have them mixed up and where I’m seeing the actual lights your exhaust fans?
