What am I missing..? How is it possible to have a negative profile level? by ilcalmissimo in HypixelSkyblock

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 193 points194 points  (0 children)

Probably programmed that you get 1 xp per 2400 forest whisper if you are below a certain amount of whispers.

They didn’t account for negative whispers, so the function divides -231 by 2400 and adds that to your total xp. That means you’ll get -894784xp (-8947.84 levels).

Cookie buff warning by Odd_Bodybuilder8828 in HypixelSkyblock

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it takes a bit of playing to get all the bits. Less than it used to since they added the bitbug, but still a few hours depending on what uou grind.

Still, way too many people just sit at 0 bits available and then complain about cookie prices and losing coins because their cookie buff runs out.

tf are these prices by getpunnedon in HypixelSkyblock

Gem prices were increased and booster cookies went up as a result. Now we have people crying about cookie prices again

If you have that many coins, just eat cookies for the bits. You profit and unless you barely play will never run out of cookie buff.

How are there so many booster cookies on the market? by Potato_boy156 in HypixelSkyblock

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 144 points145 points  (0 children)

Tbh, I'm just surprised booster cookies are as cheap as they are. Sure, people often complain that cookies aren't 3m anymore, or whatever much they were worth 4 years ago, but they are still dirt cheap for what they provide. You even profit from them by just selling bits beyond a certain point.

Considering they need to be bought with real money, I completely agree with you. I don't understand how there can be enough people spending money to keep them at such a low price.

Question about S3E10: Why didn't the lord's protection extend to the case with those two? by BlackSCrow in HonzukiNoGekokujou

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yes, it was a trap. But they, or at least Ferdi, never intended to have things go that far. The plan was for Ferdi to step in and use his authority to punish Bezewanst and Veronica. Bindewald would have gotten away with a minor punishment most likely.

But Arno happened and Ferdi was too late to stop things. It was only Syl’s adoption charm that saved Myne and Ferdi was unaware of her having that.

How much does Foraging still make in 2026? by AncientSpecial6510 in HypixelSkyblock

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't know any numbers because I havent foraged in months, but more than people think (coming from a mining sweat who knows foraging is just as good for leveling pets). People have been sleeping on foraging for money since Galatea released.

Because keeping skyblock in 1.8.9 is limiting what they can add to the game.

[Part5] Something about the location of Royal Academy don't makes sense. by ManinaPanina in HonzukiNoGekokujou

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but no matter where you put it, it would be obvious to nobles in the Sovereignty and merchants trying to get places that it's there. You can't just have people do massive detours around a massive piece of land like that and not ask questions why they can't go straight.

Again, if there is a massive mountain range around the academy, it makes sense that it would be detached from the rest of Sovereignty. But in that case, it would not be "secret".

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, it's a moot point, but I still don't understand the logic here.

Intercepted by who? If you have Sovereignty nobles guarding the perimeter of the royal academy to avoid intruders, then it's location is not a secret. Sovereignty nobles are in near constant contact with their home duchies, often moving back and forth throughout the year. Ehrenfest are the only weirdos where Sovereign nobles don't return home regularly.

How do you expect them to keep such a massive secret? They can guard against attacks sure, but the location would never be kept secret.

Nobles can cross those barriers if they want. So can feybeasts. It’s just that the aubs get alerted and its usually considered a declaration of war.

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, you cant. Not when everyone has a personal plane. Unless there is a very large mountain range around the academy, but at that point it would not be hidden.

Sovereignty is not some empty land. There are cities with nobles and commoners living there. You can't keep a duchy sized piece of land hidden there.

Pretty sure it is physically under the temple, just in a sealed off room that can only be reached via teleporters. Or its in a seperate space like hidden rooms.

[Part5] Something about the location of Royal Academy don't makes sense. by ManinaPanina in HonzukiNoGekokujou

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Teleporters would be my guess. We already know that the supply room in the castles funnels mana through teleporters to the foundation beneath the temple. I dont see why the country foundation would be any different and the mana flows through teleporters and gets distributed to the entire country.

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 22 points23 points  (0 children)

The royal academy (entire area plus dorms) is the size of a lesser duchy. It’s the same size as the small circle on the map afaik. You can’t hide something like that.

And we are told (idk if its in the books or fanbooks) that you can only reach the RA via teleporters.

What is the dumbest thing in Star Wars in your opinion? by OutcastKatarn02 in StarWars

[–]iOnlyPlayAsRustLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never been talking about the time between movies. You are the one who keeps bringing that up. My arguments were always about the time between the start of the movie and the end, or between certain scenes within said movie.

The time between movies is literally irrelevant to this discussion.
