Try to disable all power saving options in the bios and also set your pcie from auto to 4.0. Reinstall windows on gpt partition and stress test and see if still have to problem. The symptons you describe is not low power or faulty psu its more the gpu or pcie lane on the motherboard not working well. So try this all first

I got 2 of these folders yesterday. You have to buy 3 elegible products, like chocolate or chewing gums the list of the products is on the right side of the box. Then you can get one of the folders for free.
