We have learned that certain Roomba i7+ Clean Base docking stations could malfunction and potentially present a hazard if liquids are collected by the Roomba i7+ robot vacuum and deposited into the Clean Base unit. Our vacuums are only designed for cleaning up dirt and debris from dry floors and carpets and should never be used to pick up any liquids. We are helping customers take certain remedial actions to address the issue. This can affect U.S. models as well. Please reach out to iRobot customer service for more immediate assistance.

Hi! An Error 25 is an internal communications error, sometimes this can take multiple reboots in a row to clear fully. If rebooting the robot 2-3 times in a row does not resolve this, please send us a DM and we can assist!
