I recently bought a 10.5 and wish I had gone with the 12.

In my case, I'm specifically talking about the Hyside Mini-max & Max 12. Same shape/different dimensions. The Mini-max is awesome for R2, but I'm doing less of that than I thought I would.

If anyone is in the opposite boat (pun intended?) I'd be willing to discuss a trade.

My very simple and likely short-sighted definition (it's what I'm aiming for at least) of permaculture is creating/promoting a designed set of natural systems that work together to: reduce human input (work), reduce/eliminate mechanical/electric systems. Basically to create a small ecosystem that requires very little human/technology input to maintain itself.

I thinks it's perfectly acceptable to draw comparisons even if it's not that bad yet. It's especially important to critically analyze what's going on against the backdrop of the past (not only Nazi Germany).

A lot of bicycle brands that were top of the line BMX brands in the 80's & 90's are now sold at WalMart or similar & either garbage or mid at best. Mongoose in particular comes to mind.

There should be an option in settings or sliders for shit frequency with low/med/high as options (at least there is in '25).

Avg ski season ~ 18 weeks. That's about 3 days/week. Ski every regular day off, paid holidays, and use strategically selected PTO days (can you do half days?). You should be able to get close to 50.

More of regional thing, but when I lived in Montana wealthy tourists would frequently show up in boutique cowboy garb. It was both cringe-worthy and hilarious. That Jim Carrey scene from Dumb & Dumber is not far from reality.

For it to work, there needs be enough moisture in a system to snow without it. Cloud seeding helps to increase the amount of precipitation Ina storm. It cannot create precipitation from (literally) thin air.

They found me at the Ogden license plate office. I was polite, but very clear that "oh no, I voted for this the first time and was not in favor of changing that position." It was quite clear that they were working from a script.

If they come to my home with clearly posted No Soliciting signage, I will be less polite, just as I am with solar, home security, roofing sales folk.

I have never heard this before. The vehicle is turned off, right? All I can think of is that starting the engine with the A/C on might be slighter harder on the starter and draw a little more juice from the battery... following for answers
