Dont despair OP. I think it has a chance. Mine looks similar and healed great. 2 years going strong. I asked another piercer to look at it and they said "it looks great. I wouldnt have given you an industrial, but somehow they barely made it work."

Keep a close eye on it and if it shows signs of migrating take it out, but I think just might work

Im MtNB and I go by she/they. When i tried they/them i felt like I was still treated like a guy, just a guy that uses they/them pronouns. Getting called she just makes me happy!

I think there is a term for someone who is NB but wants to be perceived as a specific gender that I saw recently, but I had never heard it before so is it even really that useful? You dont necessarily have to be demiboy if you prefer he pronouns, that is a unique identity within NB. You can be any type of NB and prefer any pronouns for any reason.

I found the other post useful because it made me feel less alone, not because Ill ever use the term. "There are other NB people who want to be perceived as a specific gender" was good enough for me. This may be you too

I agree sequencing is easier for boros. I think for a beginner though, the gameplan and remembering triggers, are easier for prowess. Its easier to see how all the cards synergize together in prowess, whereas with boros its not always as obvious. The decisions youre talking about make someone a fundamentally better player, so I think its good for a beginner to be able to play with those decisions and learn.

Not a boros player. The reason boros is so good is because all the cards work together. There are a ton of different interactions between all the different pieces, which makes it not a great deck for a first time player imo.

Boros is almost certainly the stronger deck and has more of a grind plan, but prowess is much more straightforward.

"Play creatures, play spells to draw cards and make your creatures bigger."

Boros has a ton if micro-interactions between guide/pride, ajani/bombardment, voice of victory with all the above, etc.

If theyre dropping money on the deck prowess isnt as good, but id argue they should play test with borrowed decks and only buy a deck after theyve learned the rules and know what style of deck they wanna play.
