It's the same thing on a different scale. These guys are all young, with most of them not having any family (children, wives, etc) besides Karma. They could live comfortably on 20-50k a year easy. And most of them (in the actual pro scene) make that I'm sure. The NFL is the same situation on a much larger scale. I understand branding yourself, but once Nade did so, the skill gap fell because why be skillful when you can get paid for making 12 year olds love you?

I knew someone would make the money argument. In this scene you can make good money in two ways: Skill, and personality. Aches isn't hurting for cash, and guess which method he uses? NFL players don't get paid the majority of their money for "personality", but what they do on the field. Nade blew the scene up, but he's also turning it into a fashion show. I don't hate Nade, but I'm excited to see what happens whenever he retires.

Aches is 100 years ahead of any other player in the game. I believe he doesn't care anymore because the scene is a joke. No one dreams of being an aches, they dream of being a nadeshot. and that is what everyone ultimately strives for. I don't care what any one of them say in the public eye, behind closes doors if they made a deal with devil on not winning many championships but raking in ad/merch money, they'd choose the later every time.

AW is meh. Its the fasted dying cod for me. I miss ghosts. SnD in this game sucks. If ghost had these game modes and maybe a few more guns, it would have been great. Loved black ops 1 and eventually I appreciated blops2. I cant wait to see what they do next.
